Website Level Management in TRUENDO CMP

Introduction#

In organizations that manage multiple websites, especially agencies handling various clients, it's essential to have the flexibility to customize settings and permissions for each website individually. The TRUENDO Consent Management Platform (CMP) allows you to manage website-specific information and user permissions, ensuring that each website complies accurately with data protection regulations and reflects the correct organizational details.

This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to:

  • Override organization details for individual websites.
  • Assign user permissions on a website-by-website basis.

1. Overrides: Customizing Website Information#

Overrides allow you to modify the organization name, Data Protection Officer (DPO), and Data Controller details for a specific website. This is particularly useful when a website does not share the same details as the parent organization, ensuring that policies remain accurate and compliant.

Step 1: Select the Website

  1. Log in to TRUENDO using your credentials.
  2. Select the Website you wish to edit:

    • Click on the dropdown menu at the top of the TRUENDO Console window.
    • Choose the website you want to manage from the list.

  2. Select the Website you wish to manage permissions for:

    • Use the dropdown menu at the top to choose the desired website.
