TRUENDO Integrity

TRUENDO Integrity is a powerful feature within the TRUENDO Consent Management Platform (CMP) that helps you maintain compliance with global privacy regulations. It continuously monitors your website to ensure that:

  • No privacy-relevant services or cookies are running without the required user consent.
  • All necessary key information for each service is complete and up-to-date.

This proactive tool safeguards your users' preferences, enhances their trust in your website, and ensures that your services are fully compliant by verifying both consent adherence and completeness of service information.

How TRUENDO Integrity Works#

When a new visitor arrives at your website, they are presented with the TRUENDO consent request banner. Here, they can select which services they consent to. Ideally:

  • No services should run, and no cookies should be set unless the user has given the necessary consent.
  • All services should have complete key information, such as vendor name, processing region, category, and data types.

TRUENDO Integrity checks your website to verify that:

  • Services are only running with the appropriate user consent.
  • All services have complete and accurate key information necessary for compliance.

If everything is working correctly, only the services the user has consented to will be active, and all services will have the required information filled out.

Scanning Frequency#

  • Standard Users: TRUENDO Integrity performs one automated scan per month.
  • Premium Users: Have the ability to perform on-demand scans at any time.
