Useful Terms
Cookie | Small files set by websites within a browser that allow data data to be stored, This may include personal data. |

User | This refers to a person who has access to a TRUENDO account. |
Visitor | This refers to a person who loads a given page on your website. |
Unique Visitor | A website visitor who has already chosen their privacy settings on your website, and they would only be counted as one unique visitor no matter how many times they visit the same domain. Provided they do not clear their cookie cache and are using the same device. |
Page Views | Page views count when a visitor loads a given page on your website. For instance, if a visitor were to reload the same page, this would count as an additional pageview. Pageviews are accumulated irrespective of unique visitors or sessions. |
Sessions | A session consists of every action taken by a single visitor during each site visit. Beginning when a visitor enters your site and ending when they leave. |
Services | A service is a stand alone application that is integrated into a website e.g. google analytics, intercom and hotjar. |
