Adding a User to Your Organization in TRUENDO CMP
Introduction#
Efficient user management is vital for organizations using the TRUENDO Consent Management Platform (CMP). Adding new users to your organization allows for collaborative management of your consent settings and compliance efforts. This guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to invite new users, assign them appropriate roles, and manage their permissions within TRUENDO.
1. Prerequisites#
Before you begin, ensure you have:
- Administrator Access: Only users with administrative privileges can add new users.
- Valid Email Address of the New User: You'll need the email address to send the invitation.
2. Steps to Add a New User#
Step 1: Log In and Access Organization Management
- Log in to TRUENDO using your administrator credentials.

Access Organization Management:
- At the top of the window, click on the dropdown next to your organization name.
- Select Manage from the dropdown menu.
Step 2: Navigate to User Permissions
- In the Navigation Menu on the left under the Organization section, click on User Permissions.
- This will display a list of current users and their roles within your organization.
- Click on Add Member located at the top right corner of the window.
Step 3: Invite the New User

- Input the email address of the person you wish to add.

Once the user has joined, as an Admin, you can manage their permissions:

- Temporarily disable the user's access.

- Permanently delete the user from the organization.
Note: Users with Administrator permissions can perform all the functions listed above, including managing other users.
